Most REALTORS® don’t like to get involved in their clients’ finances, but it’s more critical than ever before that you do given the changes to mortgage financing. There’s nothing worse than working with a client only to find out they can’t get approved for a mortgage once they have an offer in place.
In this 30 minute workshop, we’ll give you three simple strategies to ensure the clients you’re working with don’t have an issue getting approved for a mortgage.
The goal is to have your client’s purchase close on time without any glitches.
